A few changes and additions, Call for Agents; Gift Certificates

New Pricing Structure:  Prices for smaller sized commissioned  paintings have increased and larger ones are slightly higher than before.  This better reflects the effort and skill required to create a high quality painting of any size. 

That's the bad news. The good news is that prices for second and subsequent reproductions have decreased considerable ... sometimes as much as 60%.  For many of you, this is the perfect opportunity to take care of all of your holiday gift shopping (personal and corporate) in one swoop.  You will come across as  the shopping guru!   

For example, a medium size commissioned painting (11"x17" size) on artist watercolour paper costs $285 US ($340 CDN).  However if you order 10 additional reproductions at $25 US ($30 CDN) each, the total price for 11 paintings is $535 US ($640 CDN).  Each painting then costs only $48.64 US ($58.18 CDN).  Imagine giving a fine art commissioned painting of someone, somewhere or something that is special to you or the recipients of your generosity for such a low price.  They will be amazed ...and you will be finished your shopping!  :)  I can also create custom gift and art cards with your painting (and your name if you would like) on them ... the perfect addition to the perfect gift.  I can also offer you professional framing at very reasonable prices.

Artists of the World:  Have you ever walked into a room or building that simply overwhelms you?  Only a few spaces have done this for me.  However the first time I walked into Artists of the World's Gallery in Calgary, I knew that this was such a special place.  Over the last half year or so, the thrill is still there.  The 20,000 square foot renovated heritage building and the absolutely amazing art selection from artists from literally all corners of the globe is truly inspirational.  Often I drop in for a coffee or glass of wine and wander around the three floors to get back on my artistic track. 

What is most interesting, is the vision of the founder, Christopher Talbot, to take Art and the marketing of Art to the next level ...in a big way through the internet, affiliate programs, partnerships with major corporations and other distribution channels.  

Artists of the World has signed me on for the reproduction rights (canvas giclee) for quite a number of my personal paintings.    Visit www.artistsoftheworld.com or, if you are in Calgary, a number of my paintings will always be on display at the Gallery (514 - 11th Ave SW, a short walk from downtown).

A few changes and additions:

1. Addition of offset printing pricing for custom cards and folders making them cost effective for larger corporate orders.

2. Addition of very competitive professional matting and framing prices means that I can offer you a complete start to end service.
