Custom Cards and Folders:  For smaller quantities (generally under 500), each card is individually printed on professional fine art watercolour paper and is hand signed, dated and titled by the artist.

For larger quantities, cards are offset printed on a vellum finish 80 lb cover stock selected for its beautiful soft, warm finish that enhances the fine art painting or photographic image. 

Our cards are available in five sizes, from a business card size gift tag up to an art card size reproduction suitable for framing.  Our products are ‘keepers’.  Clients have told us that the recipients of their custom cards and folders typically have them prominently displayed in their home or office as a mini work of art .

Custom Artworks:  Using our exceptional artistic techniques, we can create an amazing commissioned painting from your photograph.  Since the subject of the painting will be of something, someone or somewhere that is special to you or your organization, the recipient is sure to appreciate the personal nature of your fine art gift.

Your painting will be of the highest quality and can be reproduced in any size; from small matted art pieces suitable as spot awards or special Thank You’s to oversized framed masterpieces fitting for any corporate boardroom, lobby or public space.  All artworks are professionally matted and framed and are ready to hang.

Custom Cards – Personal and Cost Effective

Our custom cards are a cost effective way for individuals, businesses and organizations to be noticed and appreciated.  All cards are single fold with your painting or image on the front.  All cards include envelopes.

Your message, contact information, and/or logos are printed on the back.   For individually printed cards on watercolour paper, the inside is blank, waiting for your inspirational thoughts ... or just a short note and signature.  For offset printed cards, an optional imprint message can be printed on the inside. The painting title, your name or company and/or a logo may also be added to the front.

Custom Folders – A distinctive product with many uses

We have developed this new product in conjunction with a number of our clients and a manufacturer.   They can be used for special thank-you’s, an announcement or invitation to clients and prospects, targeted promotional literature, trade shows and even as an inexpensive corporate or personal gift!  

Our Custom Folder is truly an eye-catching product that is sure to be noticed and appreciated. Even the most jaded recipient of this high quality product would have difficulty throwing it away, even after its intended use or message.

Folders are charcoal black with a deckled outside edge, similar to ones used by professional wedding and portrait photographers.  Each opening (panel) has an embossed inside border and a gold embossed accent line that beautifully sets off the image and your message. 

These folders are of the highest quality materials and will not bend, sag or buckle.  All inserts are press fit without glues or tapes and will remain firmly in place.

Custom Folder Details:  Each panel has an opening of 6 1/2" x 4 3/8".   Your painting or fine art photograph is inserted into the front panel.  Generally, high quality photocopies or offset printed pieces with company information, contacts, logos, etc. are inserted into the back panel.

The 3-insert model’s third panel is on the right inside position … perfect for an invitation, announcement or other information.  Some clients leave enough room for a note and signature, giving the custom folder a personal touch that is sure to be noticed.

The 4-insert model’s fourth panel is on the left inside position.  Usually an invitation or announcement is placed in the left inside panel and the right panel contains a high quality piece of writing paper or letterhead for a note and signature.

If you are not sure of the final use of your Custom Folder ... but really like the idea, simply have a quantity on hand.  They can be set up with standard company information and logos already in the back panel and either a small reproduction of your own painting or any one of ours in the front. You can choose which ones and you can mix and match them.   

A piece of fine writing paper or your letterhead can be cut to size and inserted into one of the inside panels making your custom folder ready as an invitation, announcement, special thank you or as a small gift of appreciation.  Very easy to do ... and re-orders are just a call or email away.  All custom folders come with envelopes. Optionally, your company logo can also be embossed in gold onto the front folder.

Images: With all of our custom products, the image can be either a painting created from your photograph by our unique ‘Paintings from Your Photographs’ artistic process or we can use your photograph, suitably enhanced.  Our paintings are created stroke by stroke using digital paintbrushes and custom software tools and techniques.  They are virtually indistinguishable from any ‘traditional’ fine art painting … at a fraction of the cost.  Overused push-button special effect filters are seldom used.  There is a Set-up/Image fee for creating a ‘Painting from Your Photograph’ (waived for larger orders).

You may wish to choose from a wide selection of distinctive paintings or photographic images, only available from Peak Experience Imagery at no extra charge.

Design Services:  Our Custom Cards and Folders include basic Illustration and Art services for laying out your company information, logo and message.  All required text and logos are to be supplied by the client in electronic format.   We can advise your illustrators and copywriters as to our requirements for the individual panels.  A proof will be emailed to you for your written approval for all projects prior to printing.  Also, if you require more extensive design services, we will be glad to provide a quote. 

Custom Limited Editions: Make your Custom Card or Folder even more special and collectable!  For a small additional charge, each mini-painting is hand signed, numbered and titled by the artist.  You specify the edition size and even get to name the painting!  

You may wish to commission a new Custom Limited Edition on an annual basis to create a collectable series of unique art works that your friends, clients and colleagues will look forward to receiving every year.

Set-up/Image Fee: There is no Set-up/Image Fee for use of any of my own Fine Art Paintings or Photographs or for quantities of over 500. There is a $208 US ($250 CDN) to create an original painting or $85 US ($100 CDN) to enhance an existing photograph for quantities of less than 500.

Turn-Around Time: Please allow for 10 working days from receipt of your order and photo to when we will email you a proof for your comments and approval.  Allow 10 additional working days for us to print your order once we have your approval.  Allow for additional time for large orders, custom embossing, shipping, framing or as major holidays approach. We can discuss availability of rush orders.

Proof: We will email you a proof of your card or folder for your approval before printing.

Reorders: Additional copies can be re-ordered at any future time.  Peak Experience Imagery retains the reproduction rights (copyright) to all Custom Cards and Folders.

Payment:  A signed purchase order and 50% of the total project cost is required before work starts.  The remainder is due upon completion of your order.  Cheques or money orders should be made payable to Peak Experience Imagery.  

Our Guarantee:  We are not satisfied until you are.  We guarantee to make the appropriate changes to your satisfaction or refund your money.
